Payments and Diamonds

These terms cover supported purchases, virtual Diamonds, paid actions, eligible wallet earnings, and payment support. Gift Terms and Withdrawal Terms provide additional details for those features.

1. Diamonds and Wallet Earnings Are Different

Diamonds are virtual credits for supported Dodees actions. They are not cash, bank deposits, cryptocurrency, or legal tender. Buying or spending Diamonds does not automatically create a withdrawable balance.

Wallet balance records eligible earnings separately. Eligibility, fees, account status, and payout requirements apply to withdrawals. No earnings or payout amount is guaranteed.

2. Before You Confirm

Read the price, credit amount, applicable fee, access period, and conditions shown in the app. Supported actions can include gifts, Buzz, Reveal, private access, and other enabled features. Availability and prices may change.

A payment buys the indicated feature or credits, not another person's attention, reply, agreement, or relationship.

3. Payment Verification

Use supported checkout channels. Apple, Google, and supported processors such as Flutterwave where enabled may apply their own payment rules. Dodees credits eligible purchases after verification, not merely after a local success message.

If a payment appears missing or duplicated, retain the transaction reference and contact support. Do not send a password, OTP, or full card number.

4. Fees, Holds, and Eligible Earnings

A platform share, processing fee, opening fee, or other indicated charge may apply to a supported action. The amount spent can differ from the recipient's eligible earnings. Review the displayed transaction details.

A pending locked gift can hold original Diamonds until an eligible unlock or expiry outcome. Its hold refund is separate from refunding the original store purchase. Reveal pools and rewards follow the Reveal Terms.

5. Purchase Refunds and Store Rules

Refund eligibility depends on the transaction, whether a feature or credit has been used, applicable law, and the relevant store or payment provider. This policy does not remove statutory rights or override provider refund decisions.

Where a refund or reversal is authorized, related credits or access may be adjusted to prevent duplicate benefits. Do not intentionally spend disputed credits or misrepresent a purchase.

6. Withdrawals and Taxes

Only eligible wallet earnings can be requested through a supported withdrawal flow. Review the current minimum, fees, method, and information requirements shown in the app. Review or processing may delay or reject a request. Read Withdrawal Terms.

You remain responsible for tax or reporting obligations applicable to your own activity. Contact an appropriate adviser where needed.

7. Payment Abuse and Support

Stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, forged receipts, manipulated engagement, fraudulent rewards, and attempts to bypass transaction checks are prohibited. Dodees may investigate and restrict affected activity subject to applicable law.
