These Terms apply to use of Dodees, operated by Dodees Affairs. Feature-specific policies explain additional conditions for Signal, Reveal, gifts, connection requests, payments, withdrawals, and AI assistance.

1. Eligibility and Your Account

Dodees is for adults aged 18 and over. Provide accurate account information, use media you are entitled to share, and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate someone, create deceptive accounts, bypass restrictions, or use another person's identity.

Supported features, availability, access periods, and paid options may vary. Public app downloads are coming soon; obtain the app through official published channels when available.

2. Your Choices and Other People

A like, acknowledgement, invitation, gift, purchase, reward, or solved Reveal does not create a right to a response, match, meeting, relationship, or intimacy. Respect refusals and changing preferences. Do not harass someone or repeatedly contact them after being declined or blocked.

Take your time before meeting someone. Reviewed content and verification signals do not guarantee identity, intentions, compatibility, or safety.

3. Content You Share

You remain responsible for content you upload or send. You give Dodees permission to host, process, display, and deliver that content as needed for the features you choose and the operation, review, and protection of the service, subject to your choices and applicable law.

Do not share unlawful content, stolen media, private information without permission, sexual content involving minors, threats, scams, exploitative material, or non-consensual intimate content. Read the Community Guidelines.

4. Public and Private Experiences

A profile, public Reel, selected Reveal photo, or opted-in Signal can be visible to eligible users according to the feature. Other users can retain content they receive or view; do not share anything that would create an unacceptable risk if saved.

Signal is an approximate-area, temporary interaction. Reveal has eligibility, time, capacity, and reward conditions. A bookmark or prior notification does not grant perpetual access. Follow the separate feature policies.

5. Messages, Invitations, and Gifts

Use Buzz, connection requests, conversations, and gifts respectfully. Recipient choice remains independent of payment. Do not send threats, unsolicited explicit content, coercive demands, spam, or off-platform payment pressure.

Some gifts have an optional, clearly displayed unlock condition. A recipient can leave them unopened. Conditions, expiry, settlement, and refunds are explained in Gift Terms.

6. Payments, Diamonds, and Withdrawals

Diamonds are virtual credits, not cash, a deposit, cryptocurrency, or legal tender. Wallet earnings are separate and subject to eligibility. Review the current price, fees, and access details before confirming any transaction.

Purchases, store refunds, paid features, gift holds, eligible earnings, and withdrawals follow the Payments and Diamonds policy and the applicable feature terms. Statutory consumer rights and the relevant payment or store provider's rules remain applicable. No earnings, rewards, payouts, or investment returns are guaranteed.

7. AI Assistance

Labeled AI suggestions and agents are distinct from the real person. Output can be inaccurate or miss context. Review and decide what to use. Do not treat assistance as a diagnosis, professional advice, verified fact, or a guarantee of compatibility. Read the AI Features Notice.

8. Community Review and Enforcement

Dodees may review content, investigate reports, restrict features, remove content, or suspend accounts where necessary for community rules, fraud prevention, safety, legal obligations, or service protection. Where an applicable review or appeal route is available, use the app's controls or contact support with relevant context.

Do not probe or disrupt systems, scrape private information, automate unwanted contact, manipulate engagement or rewards, misuse payments, or evade moderation.

9. Changes, Availability, and Ending Use

The service may change, experience interruptions, or become unavailable. We may change feature availability and terms, with notice or consent where required by applicable law.

You can stop using Dodees and request account deletion. The current app has a 60-day deletion grace period with a cancellation option. Financial, safety, legal, or other legitimately retained records can remain where appropriate. Separate purchases or subscriptions may require action with the relevant store provider.

10. Responsibility and Mandatory Rights

Dodees does not promise matches, dates, replies, accurate AI output, uninterrupted service, income, or successful relationships. Users remain responsible for their own conduct online and offline.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Any responsibility, remedy, or liability is determined under applicable law. These Terms do not invent a fixed liability cap or require you to waive mandatory consumer protections.

11. Concerns and Disputes

Raise a concern with [email protected] and provide information needed to investigate it. This does not prevent you from seeking remedies available under applicable law or contacting an appropriate regulator or court. Mandatory protections applicable to your location continue to apply.
