Withdrawal Terms

These terms apply to eligible wallet-earnings withdrawal requests. Read them alongside Payments and Diamonds.

1. Eligible Balance

Diamonds and eligible wallet earnings are different. A Diamond purchase, a gift hold, or an expected reward does not by itself create withdrawable earnings. The app shows the eligible balance and available withdrawal controls.

2. Before Making a Request

Review the displayed minimum, amount, fees, payout method, destination, and information requirements. Provide accurate details for an eligible payout destination you are entitled to use. Do not request payment using someone else's identity or misleading account information.

3. Review and Processing

Requests may require account, transaction, fraud-prevention, identity, payment-dispute, and compliance checks. Missing or inaccurate details can delay or prevent a payout. Displayed estimates are not a guaranteed completion time.

A request, reserved balance, paid outcome, and rejected outcome are different states. Do not assume a payout is complete until its final status is confirmed.

4. Rejected or Failed Requests

Where the supported flow rejects a request and restores eligible reserved earnings, the correction is reflected in the transaction records. Contact support with the request or transaction reference if the final outcome appears incorrect. Repeated requests do not create a right to duplicate payment.

5. Fees, Taxes, and Abuse

Review fees before confirming. You are responsible for applicable tax and reporting obligations. Forged details, payment manipulation, stolen identities, and attempts to withdraw disputed or ineligible funds are prohibited.

6. Support and Rights

These terms do not remove mandatory legal rights. For a concern, identify the request and account without sending passwords, OTPs, or full card credentials.
